Responsibilities
Support customer service with technical answers to customer questions that are related to our industry
Review content written on the site by peers and suppliers to ensure it is accurate
Enter and verify vehicle specifications and vehicle specific products in our automotive database as they are supplied by various industry sources and customers
Add features and specifications for the various product groups we sell that customers find useful
Assist in writing step-by-step installation instructions or troubleshooting guides for products we manufacturer
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field
Typing Certification required: minimum 40 WPM Net of errors ** (50 wpm net recommended)
Conversational English communication skills
1+ years experience in Automotive
Industry experience in Car Audio Installation
