Overview
To ensure our customers have the best experience through accurate fitment data, award winning technical support, industry leading videos and help develop world class private label products.
Responsibilities
* Spend a minimum of 15 hours working on AFG while logging all productivity in Jira.
* Be the onscreen talent for 2 videos per week. eg. Product, how to, install videos etc.
* Answer all tech support with in 24 hours.
* Build 1 BOOST per month.
* Test all private label products with in 24 hours of receiving.
* Complete technical support tickets and callback requests.
* Be the supporting arm to the Customer Service, Sales, and other departments as needed.
* Regularly respond to technical-related questions, comments, etc. on all social media sites, where the Company has an active presence, and act professional representative of the Company.
* Successfully input vehicle and product data and provide feedback to supervisor with issues related to AFG.
* Execute weekly or daily audits utilizing reports from Admin. Add missing products in AFG and or remove products where appropriate.
* Become an Auto Fit Guide expert. Learn how to use the system inside and out with limited assistance of your supervisor and ability to train an individual to utilize the system.
Education & Skills Required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in car audio installation or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
