Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Affiliate & Social Media Marketing Manager to drive our brand’s growth through strategic management of social media, affiliate partnerships, and influencer collaborations. This role is crucial for expanding our digital reach and engaging with our target audiences across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, a passion for social content, and a proven ability to execute campaigns that drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
1. Affiliate Marketing Program Management:
- Develop and manage our affiliate marketing program, including recruiting new affiliates, maintaining relationships, and optimizing performance to drive sales.
- Collaborate with a coordinator and third-party teams to maximize affiliate sign-ups and ensure high-quality partnerships.
- Regularly review and analyze affiliate performance, adjusting strategies to meet growth objectives.
2. Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the creation and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon, focusing on both "phone" and traditional formats.
- Work with content creators and the graphics team to produce engaging posts with viral potential, aligning with brand messaging and goals.
- Oversee the scheduling, posting, and monitoring of social media content, ensuring consistency and maximum engagement.
3. Influencer Outreach & Collaboration:
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, particularly within the automotive industry, to promote our products through authentic content.
- Develop strategies to leverage micro-influencers to expand brand awareness and drive product adoption.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from initial outreach to content approval and performance tracking.
4. Content Development & Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing objectives.
- Ensure all content is optimized for various platforms and formats, maintaining a consistent brand voice and style.
- Monitor and respond to social media engagement, fostering a strong community around the brand.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all affiliate, social media, and influencer marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports detailing campaign performance, ROI, and actionable insights to guide future strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize and refine campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement and achievement of marketing goals.
Education & Skills Required
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Extensive experience in social media management, affiliate marketing, and influencer outreach.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate complex spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Creative Thinking: A creative mindset with the ability to develop content and strategies that engage and inspire audiences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively across departments and managing relationships with external partners.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with social media management tools, affiliate platforms, and analytics software. You must also be able to display proficiency with computers, typing, and a comprehensive understanding of popular social media websites.
Bonus Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Experience in the automotive sector or related industries, with a focus on consumer electronics or similar products.
- Affiliate Marketing Tools: Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and best practices for optimizing affiliate programs.
- Content Creation Knowledge: Basic understanding of graphic design and video production to effectively collaborate with creative teams.
